To order products, please fill in the order form "Submit order" on the website or send an e-mail with a request to purchase to the product manager raul@hansanova.ee or to the general e-mail info@hansanova.ee . We will make a price offer based on your order, we will respond to the letter sent by you within 2-3 working days. When the order is completed, we will send you an invoice. Hansanova OÜ does not deliver the ordered goods, but uses a courier service for this purpose. Transportation costs will be added to the invoice. Order, which when packaged does not exceed the dimensions 50x50x120cm, with a total weight of 30 kg - we will send you using the courier company Venipak Eesti OÜ. We assemble larger orders and products in larger quantities on a EUR basis and we will send you using the service of the courier company AS Est-Trans Kaubaveod. The cost of the EUR base is also added to the price of the products. Upon receipt of the invoice, we will send the goods and the goods will reach you within 3 working days.
